just went from red to orange! (the bar by my username) also ate an 800 calorie breakfast so better be careful for the rest of the day if I ever will get to the green!
69.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
