Yesterday I had no extra fat. Usually all I have in am is apple cidar vinegar, lemon juice essentisl oil tonic in a quart of warm water and coffee with 1 T. MCT oil. I walked over 6,000steps which is a lot for me--anaerobic those cause was working around house cleaning, doing laundry etc. I expected a drop today as was almost 100%. I went to play Mexican Train Dominos last night. I brought romaine, parmesan cheese and two dressings to share. My hostess provided roast pork. I say almost 100 % because I estimated portion sizes. I had romaine with a litte parmesan cheese, pork roast, 1 large green grape and 6 small red grapes.The rest of the day I measured as usual. I didn't get up until about 9:30 and ened up not eating my first meal til about 3 and then my last meal about 3 hours later. I expected a loss today. Had .1 gain but still wonder whwt's up. I have burned a lot of fat in the past twp weeks. 12.8 I think. So maybe my Creator Father is saying "Enough for now". He does know best. Still yesterday I didn't have the MCT oil in my coffee. So today I'm planing to put 1 T. MCT oil in my coffee and have a plateau memu of spinach, white fish and grapefruit for lunch and dinner. No exercise today. Also, maybe doing even 5 minutes of HIIT Thursday and Friday (two days ago) and not increasing calories
96.7 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
