Had areally hectic day. Daughter called with emergency. She forgot to renew her drivers licencse (her birthday was the 9th). On the way to dmv, she got a ticket and her car was impounded. Then when we got the car I accidentally dropped my car keys in her car after my car was open. She drove off not knowing and not having phone access. I had to get a friend to pick me up, take me to my house for my extra set and take me back to my car. 2 whole hours. Talk about a stressful day. Didn't eat lunch until 4 o'clock but didn't binge, praise God.I did pray a lot. I was the biggest loser for the week at my T.O.P.S. meeting this morning for 2 weeks in a row. 4.8+3.2 so 8# in two weeks since starting this new plan.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ohh .. I hate when stuff like that happens! One of my most favorite children's book (read many times to kiddos and now grand-kiddos) is called something like "Alexander and the Terrible , Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day" in which Alexander experiences one bad thing after another and, after each, says "I'm going to move to Australia!" And it ends with "Some days are like that, even in Australia". Hopefully today will be better!
