I need to focus on my weight again. I am busy organizing for my move. I will start packing this week since I maybe be moving into my new house the end of October or first week of November. Sorry for the inactively right now. Once I get back online a lot the first week of November I will try to comment a lot on your journals. I hope everyone is doing well in their journey to better health.

88.7 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg. Still to go: 16.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You've had a full, full plate! I'm glad to hear everything worked out so you could move into your new house. I hope all goes well with the move - it is so stressful for me! We will await to hear how you are doing when you are settled in!
