Thanksgiving! I have a turkey stuffed and in the oven, several bottles of wine chilling (and one open 'cause it's mandatory after the 3rd basting) 5 lbs of potatoes peeled and waiting to be boiled and mashed with heavy cream, butter and cheddar, about a pound of broccoli, cheese sauce ready to heat, peas, and two pumpkin pies I baked yesterday to serve with homemade vanilla ice-cream and/or whipped cream. I don't know how to count the calories for what I actually consume! Sure not going to be weighing my portions when my daughter and her boyfriend and I dive into the feast. :-P

Sounds delicious! I'm a big fan of logging everything, but trying to relax that around festive events and even just pizza night at home. Hope dinner was lovely.
