Nice new low today, par for the course.

I bitch, whined and complained enough Sunday that my weight loss is coming easy this week.

Coworkers insisted on Fudd's today. I had the lil 1/3 lb hamburger with veggies, not a bad choice. I even did not put mayo on it. Hopefully I can get off my arse and exercise tonight.
102.6 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
