Yesterday I walked in the 3-miled National Kidney Foundation Walk in memory of my sister. The weather was perfect, and it felt good to do something meaningful. Weight Watchers for 9 weeks, and I have lost at least 1/2 pound every single week. Every. Single. Week. That's such a major accomplishment for me. No eating plan ever that I have tried has shown a loss consistency for more than 2 or 3 weeks at a time. Feeling inspired and ready to keep it going!
108.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.5 kg a Week

Losing .5 a week consistently is wonderful....and it sounds like WW is fitting you well. The walk sounds wonderful and I am sure that your sister was looking down and smiling...
