Quitting drinking has made a huge difference! I haven't seen the underside of 140 in 4 years! And, I've lost weight even with cheating - some ice cteam, pizza and potato chips. In general, I've been eating healthy and working out. It's a lot easier to stay on track when I'm not downing beers and the salty snacks that go with them.
62.8 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week

Wow can I ever empathize with that! Alcohol + salty crunchy things + cheese + bread is what gained me all that weight to begin with. I quit drinking except once in a while or on vacation, and when I do, not only do I add all the calories from the drink, but I also can't stop snacking! The good news is that I now know how to get rid of the few extra pounds I might put on in about as much time than it took to put them on! The key going forward for me will be to continue logging, continue monitoring, and continue interacting with all the great people on this site!! It's all good!!!
