Bad week, lots of bad eating ( for example yesterday consisted of a diet of coffee, doughnuts, pizza, wings, and pasta, and a 6 pack of diet dr pepper) with no work out. I slacked off Mon and Wed too. Oh, and I majorly splurged Tuesday and Friday too....plus coming off last weekend...so, okay time to refocus and put in work.
