had an ok weekend! went on a 2hr kayak ride yesterday and did some cardio this morning! i still ate and drank a bunch of cr*p though grrrr
81.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
