Holy crap. I had no idea what to expect this week! I haven't felt the greatest this week, just.... off. Consequently my workouts suffered, and I didn't always make the best choices in foods ( I felt like I overate pistachios, and ate cheese on a burger - which I ordinarily avoid on Slow Carb). However, I have seen week one results from my latest workout program (Shift Shop) of up to 7 lbs lost in the first week! So, I guess it all evened out. So excited and happy this morning!!
80.1 kg Lost so far: 56.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
