Another pound down this morning! I've now lost SIXTY! Crazy. And I'm also one more pound away from not being classified as obese. I love it. I never thought I'd even get as far as I am now.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
