So dropping my RDI for moving forward with the Challenge. Will see if trying to maintain between 1538 and 1600 turns the arrow's green again. Meanwhile will make Thursday and Sunday my "Fast days" this week and figure out how to survive Fear The Walking Dead on Sunday without snacking.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 38.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
