Don't know why I gained those couple of pounds. I did have Chinese but ate it over 3 meals. Maybe because I eat late at nite. Trying not to eat anything after 8:00 p.m. unless it is hot chocolate. That seems to help with sleeping and it gives something in my stomach.

Trying not to eat a big meal after 4:00pm.

Been eating grilled chicken sandwiches and that seems to keep my weight pretty stable.
92.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 37.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week
