I honestly have been dreading today's weigh in, after last week's disappointment. I was sick this week, consequently I missed a workout and on the same day I gave into my toast craving (I get that a lot when I'm sick), and have just felt frumpy in general. I was dreading another gain. And it was great! I am not below 180 yet, but I am heading back in that direction.
