The idea of eating until only 4 p.m. is challenging but worth the try. I tend to snack later on in the evening. I've decided that when I snack it will be fruit in the evening. I look good. A friend said to me, "Can you imagine what one pound of fat looks like, as opposed to one pound of muscle?" I've noticed that since I've connected to my divine purpose I am not as hungry :) On the medicine wheel of the body it all fits. I celebrate my health! :)
