Kind of a shocker here. Weighed in at 408 on Saturday 8/19. Sunday 8/20 I weighed in at 402. To confirm I weighed today and it is the same. How does that happen... You just drop 6lbs overnight?!?!?
182.3 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 82.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
