Fertility Diet
1) Eat whole grains.
2) Less animal protein, more veggie protein.
3) Lots of fruit and veggies.
4) Moderate caffeine and alcohol.
5) NO TRANSFATS.
6) 1-2 daily servings of whole fat dairy.
7) Increase Folic Acid.
8) Increase Iron.
9) No soda, no juice.
10) Daily exercise.
