Well after several months of giving in to my carb addiction, back on the program! Kind of scary that in less than 1 year I packed on over 20lbs by making very poor food selections. Today I feel light headed and I am clearly going through carb withdrawals!
79.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
