I haven't been on here in a few days because I went up in weight and didn't want to record until it went below again. My trainer told me to stop weighing myself daily as I'll drive myself nuts and initially because I'm replacing muscle with fat, the number might even increase. I've been working out really hard and eatting really healthy so I expect the weight to really start coming off soon...or so I hope!

Atleast I feel better, my clothes are looser and I'm less out of breath when I run up a flight of stairs! That all has to count for something.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week

I think your trainer is right- Like you said, you are feeling the positive changes. Make that your way of measuring success. Listen to your body and be proud of your progress! :)

I agree with Lindsay... I did not want to offer caution regarding expectations and weight loss as you were focused on your goal by end of March ... but since you just started working out, like most, you will go up before you go down. Just don't create too big of a calorie deficit ... eat enough and at the right times to fuel your workouts ... and you will slowly melt away the fat and start feeling really great, physically. I have been there, not wanting to record weight unless I lost it ... but that's not being honest with myself. We go up ... we can go down. Just keep moving forward!

Your trainer is so right, and since he/she is more educated on the matter than I am I'd go with that. lol. The important thing is that you feel better and your back on FS :D Keep up the great work.
