Went to the dr today for my gout. I stepped on the scale, and HIT MY FIRST GOAL!!! 324 baby! First time I've seen that in a LONG time! Long way to go, but loving life right now!
147.0 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
