Yay!! I won the weight loss bet at work!! We were supposed to lose 5% of our first weigh in and I lost 13.56% :) :)
61.9 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
