Augh v v bad weekend!!!! Need to stop letting my hair down so loosely! Now that I started my 10minute abs challenge I'm hoping to get the push I need! *fingers crossed*
81.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
