I'm still up from my concert Friday (pizza and alcohol ) but I think my real problem is that I haven't been excercising ! I've got to start at least walking 20 minutes a day !
70.4 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
