Weight down , not sure why because I had pizza and drinks last night at concert probably tommorrow I'll be up ....but back to my diet not stopping until I reach 150 👍
69.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
