Down a bit today and feeling good. Work has started to calm down a bit but I am still fairly busy. Workout this morning went well – although it is still though to get through the full 5k at 5.7mph. I setup a ‘getting started fitness’ session with a personal trainer next week. My workout partner already met with her and said she got some useful tips. I am hoping to figure out what is going on with my knee and what I can do to fix it.
