I was away for a wee bit but am back and have updated my calendar. Even though I felt I was making healthy choices at the time my calorie intake was much higher than I had hoped.
Weigh in this afternoon and back at it - healthy food choices and more exercise.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 25.4 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
