going down..need 3.2 more by Saturday to reach my first goal! I got this! I started working out at the gym again and man oh man am I sore. I also got a personal trainer and a have my best friend as my gym buddy! Nothing can stop me now!
99.0 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Excellent! Sounds like you are on the right track! Training with weights is such a good way to continually burn calories ... the after effect of burning calories in repair and rebuilding of muscle tissue can last 1 - 3 days post workout. Having your friend work out with you and a personal trainer to be accountable to will keep you motivated and focused! Glad for you. You can reach your goal with a lot of discipline in the next few days ... it's a lot ... but it sounds like you are in the right frame of mind.
