Amazing 🙌Mr Atkins was right ...
I had about 1200 calories and 25 net carbs yesterday 👍🤗 because I'm not real hungry on this diet and I'm eating food I enjoy like sugar free chocolate covered macadamia nuts and still lost weight ....yes
70.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
