Started new cardio exercise this week, Treadmill with 15 inclination, 4.2mph for 30 mins. Burn about 400 cal, follow with weight training for 30mins.
60.7 kg Lost so far: 9.0 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
