I am starting to feel some of my efforts. My biggest clothes is starting to loosen. Hooray!
I like the simplicity of sticking to a simple pre-planned diet througout the day abeing careful at dinner. If I do well at both of these points I can look forward to a good snack.
I ate my friday rice crispy treat (I think its 500 calories, but totally worth it!)
The weather is really co-operating and it looks like will be a sweaty run this afternoon.
