😑 it seems like when I behave...I only maintain weight. and when I go off the rails...I gain 5 pounds. Doh! starting the day yesterday with Pringles and 🍩's probably wasn't the best idea. the lady at the counter says, "buy 2 cans of Pringles...it's cheaper". They always have deals like that. Buy 2 king sized candy bars, buy 1 get one free. Aaahhh!! I will try to move more. #Trucker #Truckinglife
