Can't seem to stay down. Keep bouncing up and then back down. Keeping carbs low but not doing enough exercise I know. Blood sugar levels look good, still not having to take any meds for anything, (I get my A1C checked tomorrow), but can't get control of my weight. Can't stay here indefinitely however, so something's gotta give.....
100.0 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
