Annd there's the bounce. I've taken to picking and freezing the figs each morning. In moderation, they are a good fruit lol.

Been a really long time since I measured. Arms 13, legs 23, hips over tummy 42, under tummy 40, chest 34, waist 36.

New job has me moving around at a pretty good pace for 8 hours per day, so we will see if that has any effect. I am either stretching out the waist bands of all my pants, or losing a lot around abdomen/posterior. I took them all in when I started, and am needing to do it again.
69.9 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
