Tuesday, 7/11/17 Steps = 18,744

Trying not to freak out over my .4 gain. This is going to be a rough couple weeks. The doctor had me discontinue a drug that has a diuretic effect, and next they are probably going to start messing with my thyroid meds. What's frustrating is that I feel great so it's solely blood test results driving these changes. Because of tests I'm having tomorrow, I have to fast today. (I never fast.) Also, I will miss my walk tomorrow and had to do a shorter walk today. This is all very aggravating as I have been spot on with my eating and exercise. I figure with all this messing around with my meds, it could be weeks before my weight loss plan is back on track. All I can do is keep eating right, recording my food, and exercising. Pretty bummed...
