Almost to ONE-derland! I can almost feel it! Happy Monday everyone. Today I'm starting a 3-day egg fast. It consists of mostly eggs, cheese, butter and you can have your coffee still too. I was in stall for a little bit other than today and had decided to try an egg fast. Let's see what happens.
91.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 30.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
