This weekend was a haze. I've been really hungry but nothing sounds good so its been a handful of nuts here, an egg there, nothing really meal like for the most part. Not sure whats going on but I aim to get back on track today. Somehow. Still not feeling very good overall and its driving me nuts. Maybe its the weather - snowing when its 43* is just plain weird!
111.5 kg Lost so far: 26.4 kg.    Still to go: 38.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
