Need to be better about the weekends! All in all, though, I am pretty happy and I feel great. I exercised everyday (5 days running 2 yoga and weights).

This week I want to have a planned menu with a snack at the end and one day slurging on a meal. These first weeks are going to be a bit trial and error.

Great to feel my (sore!) muscles again.

75.3 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
