YES!!

I'm happy today! My scale had been saying I was up 0.5lbs, now I've dropped THAT and another pound!

SO EXCITED, Maybe I can have a beer or two on St. Paddys afterall!!
76.0 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
