ok step in the right direction. down . got very hungery @ midnight last nite n ate crackers w/ butter n jelly. need to track my cal intake n activity level better.
124.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 42.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
