I am getting so close to 190. I am in size 16 pants and so close to 14's. I am so much happier with this weigh in. It's almost been 2 months since I reached my last mini goal. I'm ready to reach my next one.
I'm sticking to pretty much phase 1 right now, but I allow myself a little bit of phase 2 foods.
