I broke my dry fast yesterday with some coconut water, now I have only some traces of ketosis....of course with all that sugar.
I gained 600gr but I'm sure is all water retention.
Today I'll continue with some coconut water and water lemon, tomorrow I'll re-feed with some Bone Broth.
62.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.2 kg a Week
