Well, I changed my diet a little. Started eating bigger breakfast so I wouldn't try to cram all my calories at the end of the day. I've been staying very consistant with my home exercises daily. Haven't been doing my challenge though. Am I have stopped drinking as much water as I did at the beginning of this journey. Need to refocus. Working at a fitness retail store, I have the convenience of all the top of the line equipment. Time to take advantage.
