I have lost weight quickly last week because of dehidration. I have been moving in a new flat and did not much care of myself during the days I was making boxes...anyway, first week below 60kg after more than 2 yrs, I feel happy!! :)

Breast: 99 cm, waist: 74 cm, hips: 95 cm.
58.5 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
