Well - I may look like a red nosed reindeer with this flu, but at least we have a new low! I'm thankful. I was ready to let go of 194 as a new low. I'm guessing this is a combo of being in the "fever fat burn zone", working out at lower intensity while being sick, sticking to my RDI of 1300, and of course making sure I drank my water!
87.4 kg Lost so far: 7.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
