Life stress is working it's thing on me. I was up to 167.9 in between my last weigh in and today. I shouldn't use food to make me feel better. I've gone back to my yoga and stretching and I am trying to walk more. Every day is a NEW DAY!!!

I feel ya. I was doing really well last summer and into the fall, then just stopped. My weight is up higher than ever now, but like you said - gotta keep starting again, every day.
