:( sometimes I go up a bit.. and then I go down not having done anything different! I once worried about it, now I just try not to panic and just try a bit extra h2o and 30 more minutes of exercise!
61.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
