One week down, 3 pounds lost. Although I did not follow the 1400 calorie diet as closely as I could, I still did well and am proud of myself. I'm not going to give up after a diet mess up I just move on.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
