Not surprising I'm up a little today. Celebrating with a family cookout can do that 😀 I knew that I wasn't going to be strict with myself the whole vacation.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
