A weekend of traveling, and I'm up a lb from last weigh-in. Not surprised about it, just resigned. Some days I feel like I'll never get back below 220!
Under some stress with the home life, and I've done some reaching for comfort food today. So tomorrow I really need to get back on the bandwagon, going to cook up the healthy stuff tonight for lunches, that always helps.
